Small Forest

Small Forest's roots are based on the beautiful Door County peninsula in Wisconsin. The band's songwriting team, Jeanne Kuhns and Marybeth Mattson perform their original tunes with bass-man Patrick Palmer across the peninsula, throughout the Midwest, and beyond!

"Dream" features Tony Dale on percussion, Tommy Burroughs on fiddle & mandolin, Hans Christian on Cello and Udu, and George Sawyn, Seth Raddatz, and David Walker on electric guitar.

This album is a collection of 7 traditional Christmas carols arranged by George Sawyn and Jeanne Kuhns in a folk/Jazz style.
Two original Christmas songs of a more contemporary folk style round out the cd and fit well with the traditional songs. Beautiful classical/jazz style guitar, and clear vocals are augmented with some synth flute, oboe, and piano sounds.
